October 24-25, 2008 Our Lady of Las Vegas Annual Harvest Festival

The Cub Scout supported the Annual Our Lady of Las Vegas Harvest Festival by staffing the Scout booth for 2 days and nights. Our booth was one of the most busiest at the festival, featuring Sandy Candy. it is a sugar powder poured in to a long clear tube with over 20 flavors to choose from creating your own super sized pixy stick. We also sold glow sticks in the evening. All of the proceeds go to Our Lady of Las Vegas Catholic School, who hosts our den and pack meetings. Thanks to all that participated and keep up the good work.

October 17, 2008 Fall Pack Meeting
Our first Pack 99 meeting was a success, the weather was perfect for the evening activities. Highlights of our first achievement pack meet included: new Scouts receiving their Bobcat Badge, pumpkin decorating, belt loops and Webelos pins achievements, and Good Turn Awards for parcipitants the Green-up. Finishing off the night with Cub Scouts wrapping it up to the monster mash mummy style and a great BBQ with hamburgers & hot dogs. We thank all the Scout and Parents with all their supporting making this event a success.
